　　1、多吃一些含蛋白质和糖类丰富的食物。例如：牛奶、豆浆、蛋类、肉类等。

　　2、多饮水，多吃新鲜的水果和蔬菜。如苹果、梨、香蕉、草莓、猕猴桃、白菜、青菜、油菜、香菇、紫菜、海带等。

　　3、宜吃凉血解毒食物。绿豆、粳米、黄瓜、苦瓜、马齿苋、绿茶等。

　　三、外阴-阴道-牙龈综合征最好不要吃那些食物

　　1、禁食发物。如鱼类、虾、蟹、鸡头、猪头肉、鹅肉、鸡翅、鸡爪等，食后会加重阴部的瘙痒和炎症。

　　2、尽量少吃辛辣、刺激的食物。例如：洋葱、胡椒、辣椒、花椒、芥菜、茴香。

　　3、避免吃油炸、油腻的食物。如油条、奶油、黄油、巧克力等，这些食物有助湿增热的作用，会增加白带的分泌量，不利于病情的治疗。

　　4、戒烟戒酒。烟酒刺激性很强，会加重炎症。

　　一、药物治疗

　　多数患者对药物治疗有效，如将几种药物配伍使用常可取得较满意的疗效。

　　1、皮质类激素：氯倍他索(丙酸氯倍他素)，应用的剂型有霜剂和软膏，许多临床医生常首选软膏，因软膏较霜剂刺激性小，2mal/天，1个月后改为1mal/天，睡前用，持续应用2个月，77％的患者症状可缓解；18％的患者部分缓解症状；长期应用皮质激素，外阴皮肤常可发生萎缩和裂纹，而氯倍他素(丙酸氯倍他素)长期应用则未见任何改变。经如上的常规治疗后，患者应复查，必要时可继续使用，每周1～2次即可。本征患者以突然外阴瘙痒为主诉的情况也不少见，这常与伴发其他致痒原因有关，如念珠菌性感染，当这种情况发生时，通常要做念珠菌培养，在主要的治疗前，要根除任何类似的感染。

　　2、经以上的治疗后，如仍有持续轻微瘙痒的患者，可采用以下2种方法：

　　（1）Woodruff和Thompson建议，5毫克曲安西龙悬浮液用2毫升生理盐水稀释后，在大、小阴唇皮下注射。方法为：用21号腰穿针，自大阴唇的上部沿皮下向会阴部刺人；退针时，缓慢注入悬浮液。之后，按摩组织以促其扩散，可减轻患者瘙痒，通过局部的用药即可控制疾病。

　　（2）皮下注射乙醇，方法为：在外阴画出间隔为1厘米的网格样图，每间隔1厘米注射无水乙醇0。1至0。2毫升，然后轻轻按摩使乙醇扩散，通常可使瘙痒减轻，并可在外阴渐渐恢复知觉后持续6～12通常情况下，不会复发。该方法对主要症状为外阴灼痛的病人无效。
