饮食调理:多食山楂、醋、玫瑰花、金橘等具有活血、散结、行气、疏肝解郁作用的食物,少食肥肉等滋腻之品。
药膳黑豆川芎粥:川芎10克用纱布包裹,和黑豆25克、粳米50克一起水煎煮熟,加适量红糖。分次温服,可活血祛瘀,行气止痛。
三、痛经的女性月经来潮前饮食:
