遗精是无性交活动时射精,是青少年常见的正常生理现象,约有80%未婚青年都有过这种现象。在睡眠做梦中发生遗精称为梦遗;在清醒状态下发生的遗精叫作滑精。遗精的频度差别很大,正常未婚男子,每月遗精可达2-8次,并无异常。在有规律的性生活时,经常遗精或遗精次数增多,一周数次或一夜数次,或仅有性欲观念即出现遗精或滑精,则多属病态。

遗精
1. 遗精的发病原因有哪些
中医将精液自遗现象称遗精或失精。有梦而遗者名为"梦遗",无梦而遗,甚至清醒时精液自行滑出者为"滑精"。多由肾虚精关不固,或心肾不交,或湿热下注所致。据统计80%的男性都有这种现象,这种现象大部分夜间睡眠中发生,一般遗精的频度可以从1~2周一次到4~5周一次不等,均属正常,若一周内有几次或一夜几次遗精,就属于一种病理现象。引起遗精主要是皮层中枢,脊髓中枢的功能紊乱,以及因生殖系统某些疾病所致,现分述如下:
1、精神因素
由于性的要求过分强烈不能克制,特别是在睡眠前思淫引起性兴奋,长时间使性活动中枢神经受到刺激而造成遗精(如经常读淫书、淫画,导致冲动发生遗精)。
2、体质虚弱
各脏器的功能不够健全,如大脑皮层功能不全,失去对低级性中枢的控制,而勃起中枢和射精中枢的兴奋性增强,也会发生遗精。
3、局部病变
性器官或泌尿尿统的局部病变,如包茎、包皮过长、尿道炎、前列腺炎等,这些病变可以刺激性器官而发生遗精。
2. 遗精容易导致什么并发症
遗精一般没有并发症,但是长时间的遗精对身体有害。常可导致头晕脑胀、腰酸腿软、心慌气短、精神萎靡、体倦乏力等症状。虽然遗精也有精子溢出,但只要次数在正常范围以内(平均每月2---3次)就不算病,滑精则不然,不论次数多少都应视为异常。如果是炎性病变导致的遗精,病原体上行可并发肾盂肾炎。
3. 遗精有哪些典型症状
已婚男子不因性生活而排泄精液,每周一次以上;或未婚成年男子频繁发生精液遗泄,每周多于两次,并伴有其他不适者。常伴随症状有头昏、耳鸣、健忘、心悸、失眠、腰酸、精神萎靡等。
4. 遗精应该如何预防
遗精使大量精液通过勃起的阴茎排除体外,不可避免地要“污染”内裤,常使人不知所措,摸不得又弃不得,尤其是在集体宿舍,更叫人难堪。
1、起居要慎
少进烟、酒、茶、咖啡、葱蒜辛辣等刺激性物品。不用烫水洗澡,睡时宜屈膝侧卧位,被褥不宜过厚,内裤不宜过紧。
2、注意防寒
遗精时不要中途忍精,不要用手捏住阴茎不使精液流出,以免败精贮留精宫,变生他病。遗精后不要受凉,更不要用冷水洗涤,以防寒邪乘虚而入。
3、消除杂念
不看色情书画、录像、电影、电视,戒除手淫。适当参加体育活动、体力劳动和文娱活动,增强体质,陶冶情操。
4、精神要放松
成人未婚或婚后久别1—2周出现一次遗精,遗精后并无不适,这是生理现象。千万不要为此忧心忡忡,背上思想包袱,自寻烦恼。
5. 遗精需要做哪些化验检查
遗精分为生理性和病理性,生理性属于正常生理现象,无需检查以及治疗。病理性遗精需要做的检查,如直肠指诊、前列腺B超、精液常规及前列腺液检查可助病因诊断,以明确是否有泌尿系统感染以及前列腺感染,出现上述感染后可以增加生殖道的炎性刺激,以诱发遗精,故对于频繁遗精的患者应该进行上述检查,以明确是否因炎症导致的遗精,并根据检查情况进行抗感染治疗。
6. 遗精病人的饮食宜忌
遗精症状是男性一种正常生理现象,很多人都有这样的观点,遗精频繁的人性功能一定很强,反之则弱。偶尔的遗精实属平常,但是如果长期频繁遗精则可能是疾病,具体饮食如下:
一、莲子煲猪肚
莲子100g,猪肚250g。先将莲子劈开,去莲子心。把猪肚洗净切成小块加水适量煲汤,加少许食盐、味精调味品服用。猪肚益胃健脾,可用于脾胃虚弱,水湿不化,湿热下注的遗精。
二、三子养精粥
金樱子、覆盆子各30g,五味子15g,粳米50g。先煮上三药15~20分钟,去渣取汁,用药汁煮米成粥。每晚睡前服食,连服1个月。有收涩固精的功效,适用于肾虚精关不固的遗精。
三、茯苓苡仁萆粥
茯苓30g、苡仁30g、粳米50g、萆10g、冰糖适量,先煎萆煮取汁,再与茯苓、苡仁、粳米同煮成粥。粥熟后加入冰糖。再稍煮片刻,即可食用。有清利湿热的功效,用于湿热下注所致的遗精。
IV. Walnut Pork Kidney
30g of walnut kernel and 30g of eucommia, 1 pork kidney, all cooked in a pot with water. After boiling, add a little fine salt to eat. It is effective for one week when taken continuously. The main function is to nourish yin and kidney, consolidate essence, and is used for spermatorrhea due to kidney deficiency.
V.芡实核桃莲子粥
50g of lotus seed powder, 30g of walnuts fried and ground to powder, 30g of lotus seed meat, and 10 red dates. First, use cool water to mix the lotus seed powder and walnut powder into a paste, cook the lotus seed meat and red dates, add the paste to the boiling water, turn off the heat, wait until it is warm, and add a small amount of sugar to take. It has the effects of invigorating the spleen and kidney, consolidating essence and preventing spermatorrhea, and is suitable for spermatorrhea caused by deficiency of both the spleen and kidney.
7. Conventional Methods of Western Medicine for Treating Spermatorrhea
Spermatorrhea refers to the phenomenon of sperm leakage without sexual intercourse, which can be physiological or pathological. Traditional Chinese medicine refers to the phenomenon of sperm leakage as spermatorrhea or lost sperm. Spermatorrhea with dreams is called 'dream spermatorrhea', and spermatorrhea without dreams, even when it slips out of consciousness, is called 'slippery sperm'.
I. Half Squat Stance
Puff up the chest, stoop the waist, bend the knees half-squat, keep the head straight, look forward, and extend the arms in front (in mind, as if holding heavy objects with both hands, and try to stretch forward), keep the knees in the same posture, and try to close them as much as possible, so that the lower limbs, lower abdomen, and buttocks remain highly tense, and return to the original state after 30 seconds. Do this twice a day in the morning and evening, and the number of times is at your discretion.
II. Supine Abdominal Retraction
Lying on your back, extend your arms straight behind your head, then lift your upper body and both legs simultaneously quickly, so that the hands and the tips of the feet touch above the abdomen, take a deep breath when lifting, and exhale when returning to the original position. You can do this twice a day in the morning and evening. You can do 24-32 times each time, and the number of repetitions can gradually increase as the abdominal muscle strength increases.
III. Anal Contraction Exercise
Before going to bed every night, sit on the bed and contract the anus, the action is like holding back a bowel movement, repeat 20-30 times, take a deep breath when contracting, and exhale when relaxing, the action should be soft, slow, and rhythmic.
IV. Massage Therapy
With the palms facing each other, rub and heat them, then rub up and down from the waist to the sacrum 100 times; press the Neiguan point on the forearm and the Taixi and Zusanli points on the feet with the fingers for 1 minute each.
V. Cold Water Bath
Take a cold shower once a day, or rinse the scrotum with cold water for 2-3 minutes before going to bed every night, which can reduce the excitation of the sexual nerves.
