Вагинит у девочек-дошколят refers to inflammation of the vulvar and vaginal mucosa in children, prepubescent girls, or young girls before puberty. Vaginitis in young girls often coexists with vulvitis. Symptoms, as young girls cannot express vulvar itching, increased discharge, or frequent urination and urgency, are often manifested by restlessness, crying, or scratching the vulvar area with their hands. Treatment mainly involves maintaining vulvar cleanliness and dryness, reducing friction; local and systemic use of antibiotics; if there is any foreign body, it can be removed under sedation or anesthesia.
