1. What are the causes of ovarian rupture

  (I) Spontaneous rupture: that is, the continued expansion of follicular hematoma or corpus luteum hematoma, the internal pressure increases to a certain degree and rupture occurs. Its occurrence has several triggers: ① It is closely related to ovarian congestion, such as ovarian congestion due to compression torsion or uterine prolapse, long-term vaginal lavage, and other mechanical factors or pelvic inflammation, acute and chronic appendicitis caused by ovarian congestion; ② Ovarian function changes, such as excessive cold or hot baths, long-term use of estrogen or progesterone can cause ovarian function changes, or due to the influence of the autonomic nervous system, the function of the ovarian enzyme system is excessively active, causing a tendency to bleed or coagulation disorders; ③ Blood changes, before menstruation due to infectious diseases, anemia, malnutrition, or other conditions, partial damage to platelets and changes in blood composition, leading to bleeding.

(II) Ovarian rupture due to direct or indirect external force, such as sexual intercourse, increased intra-abdominal pressure (straining during defecation, nausea, vomiting, lifting heavy objects, etc.).

2. What complications can ovarian rupture easily lead to

Excessive internal bleeding with shock symptoms, shock is an acute syndrome. In this state, the effective blood flow in the body is reduced, and microcirculation is impaired, leading to ischemia and hypoxia of important vital organs. It is a disorder of the oxygen demand and oxygen supply of the body organs.

3. What are the typical symptoms of ovarian rupture

Patients with ovarian rupture generally have no history of ovarian dysfunction and most have ovulatory cycles. Abdominal tenderness is not obvious, but the tenderness of the pelvis in bimanual examination is extremely obvious. Combined with menstrual history, a diagnosis can usually be made. If there is a history of illness after sexual intercourse, the possibility is greater. The menstrual cycle is regular, and sudden onset of severe lower abdominal pain occurs more than in the middle of the menstrual period or before the menstrual period. After a short time, it becomes a persistent坠痛, mild pain gradually decreases, severe pain gradually increases, and symptoms of internal bleeding and shock appear.

4. How to prevent ovarian rupture

Ovarian rupture does not have typical symptoms, so early ovarian rupture is difficult to detect. Therefore, for ovarian rupture, we should learn to prevent it more. So, how to prevent ovarian rupture?
Preventive measures for ovarian rupture ①: Avoid excessive exercise. Exercise can achieve the effects of weight loss, beauty, strengthening the body, and enhancing resistance. However, attention must be paid to exercise, avoiding excessive intensity, because part of the cause of ovarian rupture is due to external factors. Excessive intense exercise can lead to ovarian rupture.
Preventive measures for ovarian rupture ②: Regular physical examinations. Ovarian rupture may be caused by some diseases. Therefore, women should have regular physical examinations to determine if there are any diseases that can lead to ovarian rupture. If a disease is found, it should be treated in a timely manner.
Preventive measures for ovarian rupture ③: In cases of excessive bleeding with shock symptoms, and critical conditions, immediate surgery should be performed to avoid delaying treatment. During the treatment period, bed rest should be maintained, and close observation should be made. Traditional Chinese medicine should be taken to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, and appropriate cooling and detoxifying drugs should be added.
In addition, to prevent ovarian rupture, one can: increase the intake of vegetables and fruits, maintain a large amount of vitamin E and vitamin B2. Ovarian care is very important. Avoid abdominal collisions.
If you find that you are not feeling well, you should go to the hospital immediately instead of enduring the pain and trying to solve it yourself. In short, everyone should pay attention to preventive measures against ovarian rupture in daily life. If you find that you are not feeling well, you must go to the hospital for examination and treatment. It is forbidden to take medicine blindly for self-treatment.

5. What laboratory tests are needed for ovarian rupture

Gynecological ultrasound examination, gynecological examination, bimanual examination.
Physical examination: In mild cases, there is only mild tenderness in the lower abdomen, and the tender point in the right side is located below the McBurney point, with a lower position. In severe cases, there is marked tenderness in the lower abdomen, rebound pain, but the phenomenon of muscular rigidity is not as severe as in generalized peritonitis.

Bimanual examination: Cervical pain, tenderness in both fornices, normal uterus size, pain when moving the uterus, in cases of excessive internal bleeding, the paraovarian area or posterior fornix may feel distended, and sometimes an enlarged ovary can be palpated.
