There are several common traditional Chinese medicine formulas for treating postpartum consumption, but the treatment of gynecological diseases requires systematic examination, clear diagnosis, and treatment by professional doctors. Self-medication should be avoided.
1, White Poria Powder:For postpartum consumption, headache, pain in the head, eyes, and limbs, chills and fever like malaria.
(That is, the variant of the Ten Complete Tonifying Decoction is less of Atractylodes and Licorice, but using Poria as the monarch and pork kidneys as the assistant can harmonize the cold and heat of the heart and kidney.
White Poria [1 liang], Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong, Prepared Rehmannia, White peony [fried], Astragalus, Ginseng, Cardamom heart [each half liang], first boil three bowls of water, add a pair of pork kidneys, three slices of ginger, and three dates, and decoct to two bowls, remove the three substances, add half liang of the previous medicine, decoct to one bowl, remove the dregs, and divide and take warm before meals.
2, Astragalus Center-building Powder:For various deficiencies and deficiencies after childbirth, fever, or cold pain in the abdomen.
(What is meant by 'build the center' is to build the central earth, changing the formula of芍药 and Licorice to have the symbol of transforming earth with Jia and Ji, adding Cinnamon to treat pulse stringency, deficiency cold, abdominal malaria, adding Atractylodes to benefit the exterior qi to assist the deficiency of the middle qi.
Astragalus [fried], Cinnamon [each 1 liang], White peony [fried 2 liang], Licorice [fried 7 qian], crushed, take 5 qian per dose, decocted with dates and ginger in water for oral administration, twice or three times a day, add Aconitum if extremely weak.
3, Dang Gui Jian Zhong San:Treat postpartum labor injury, emaciation and deficiency, abdominal pain, shortness of breath, abdominal cramping, pain extending to the lumbar and back, frequent spontaneous sweating, loss of appetite, from childbirth to the full moon, take three times a day, make people strong and healthy.
(This prescription is specifically for various symptoms caused by Qi and blood deficiency and cold, and adding sugar is a good method to build the middle.)
Dang Gui [four liang], Bai Shao [six liang], Gui Xin [three liang], Huang Qi [one and a half liang], grind into powder, take four qian each time, add ginger and jiu to decoct with water, add one piece of sugar, decoct again, and take it slightly warm. If there is metrorrhagia and epistaxis, add Ejiao and Di Huang.
4, Jiawei Foshou Powder:Treat postpartum blood deficiency, fatigue, night sweats, fatigue, cough with phlegm.
(It seems not suitable to use Chai Xian Chuan Xiong for night sweats, and it seems difficult to use Huang Qi for cough with phlegm, but it is used as the monarch. And Chai Xian only uses a little bit, how much is the difference between more and less, in short, after childbirth, the Qi and blood should be the main focus, so it is used to take only the one that is not evil.)
Dang Gui, Chuan Xiong [each one liang], Huang Qi [half a liang], Chai Hu, Qian Hu [each one and a half qian], grind into powder, take five qian each time, add one sheng of water, three cun of Taoye and Liuye branches each, one jiu of jiu and one Wu Mei each, one slice of ginger, decoct and take.
If there is phlegm, do not use Wu Mei.
5, Chai Hu Si Wu Decoction:Treat postpartum chronic weakness and fatigue with floating and large pulse.
See the previous cold and fever.
Three-component Powder:Treat postpartum chronic weakness and fatigue for a long time, where acupuncture and medication are ineffective.
(It is that the four substances and four gentlemen remove Zhu and add Shuai Hei Fei Chai Hu Decoction, which is the meaning of the three parties, and only by understanding the true meaning of the method can we truly understand it.)
See the previous fever.
6, Yunqi Shu Di Huang San:The treatment of postpartum Rou Lao is all due to physical weakness, insufficient strength, and the recurrence of labor, with discomfort in the limbs, intermittent chills and fevers, and loss of appetite.
(Rou Lao syndrome is generally due to both Qi and blood deficiency, so it is mainly based on the method of Shiqian Dabu to treat various deficiencies, and women's internal leakage of Wu Wei Sheng Jin, to gather the spirit and add Mai Men, which is even better. The three removed and the two added are also three and two combined.)
Shu Di Huang, Ren Shen, Bai Shao, Bai Fu Ling, Bai Zhu, Xu Duàn [each one liang], Huang Qi, Dang Gui, Chuan Xiong, Wu Wei Zi, Gui Xin [each seven and a half qian], grind into powder, take four qian each time, add three slices of ginger, one jiu of jiu, decoct with water.
