Tubes are formed from two separate segments of the primitive mesonephric duct, thus, the chance of malformation is much lower than that of the uterus, cervix, and vagina. However, malformations of the tubes can occasionally be seen in clinical practice, and once certain complications occur, they can be dangerous, such as ectopic pregnancy. If not diagnosed and treated in time, it can lead to death. Although malformations of the tubes are rare, there are many types. Malformations of the tubes can only be partially explained from the perspective of histogenesis.
